I loved the hotel, it was clean with very, very nice staff on behalf of the receptionist. The location was favourable and stunning as for me, just off the main market and railway station and railway stations and the restaurant.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The location for Katra was unbeatable, just next door to the market and helipad, and the temple. Furthermore, to railway stations. We stayed here for 1 night and truly enjoyed the place.

The room was well-maintained, had a safe box, multi-channel TV and a mini bar fridge, I enjoyed it. Bidet in the private bathroom was a plus. The hotel was in an excellent location very close to Vaishno Devi, the centre, and the main market and railway station. It also was near to the station.

De kamer was ruim en comfortabel, en de badkamer was ook goed. Het ontbijt was uitstekend verzorgd en er was genoeg variatie. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie van het hotel was ook ideaal, dichtbij het station en op loopafstand van de kerk. Alles was echt top!

My stay at Ramada By Wyndham in Katra was a delightful experience. The hotel's tastefully done interiors and modern, comfortable rooms left a lasting impression. The food served was fresh and delicious. The seamless check-in and check-out process, along with the convenient pickup and drop service, added to the overall convenience of my stay. The TV worked perfectly and was already paid for, which was a nice bonus.
Although the hotel was new and beautifully designed, its location amidst under-construction buildings meant there was no scenic view. Additionally, during peak check-in times, there were slight delays in service due to the influx of guests.
